Summer smoothies

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

1. Strawberries (frozen if available) (hand full)
2. Banana (1)
3. Plain yogurt (2 tbsp)
4. Sugar (if needed)
5. Milk (depending on the thickness of the smoothie you want)
6. Ice

In a good blender put all the ingredients according to your liking and taste and blend away!!

3. Blueberries frozen (1 cup)
4. Yogurt (3/4 cup)
5. Splash of milk
6. Sugar/honey (if needed)
7. Ice

Blend everything and enjoy. Can adjust the amount of fruits and thickness of the smoothiea according to your preference!!

Green smoothie

1. Strawberries (frozen preferred) (1cup)
2. Banana (1-2)
3. Blueberries frozen (1 cup)
4. Apples (1)
5. Grapes (hand full)
6. Spinach ( 2 cups)
7. Kale (1 cup)
8. Water
9. Lemon

Make sure you have a really good blender or else these fruits won't blend and will be chunky. Put all the fruits and veggies in and add the amount of water according to the consistency you like. Squeeze 1 lemon into it as well. And enjoy.

 Ps. You will not taste the spinach or the kale with the amount of fruit that you put into it.

Blackberry Pomegranate

1. 1 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
2. 2 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
3. 1/2 cup apple juice

1. Mix blackberries, apple juice and pomegranate seeds for a minute or so until it is smooth.
2. Filter through a strainer to get rid of the seeds from the blackberries. Pour in a glass and enjoy!

Yogurt Berry Smoothie

1. 1 Banana
2. 1 cup mixed frozen berries
3. 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
4. 4 tbsp. orange juice

1. Blend bananas, frozen berries, vanilla yogurt and orange juice.
2. Serve!
